The company has been very good at communicating and answering questions. However, the platform to purchase is not easy to use.

I was purchasing my weight loss medication and on the second refill it was a new Pharmacy change in price change and bottling and it read differently which took several Communications back and forth to determine that it was the same amount as the first prescription which I had requested. Then when I purchased the third refill my card was charged and then the next day was refunded an order was canceled because they were no longer providing that compound or the quantity requested. I was told I had to wait till there was a transition I have been without medication for 2 weeks and now the price has gone up significantly.

Could have really saved if someone had

Order arrived super fast, which was great. Unfortunately, the ice packs were hot and the contents were warm. I think they need to upgrade their packaging- maybe take lessons from Eli Lilly on this. Have not used it yet so not sure if efficacy was affected or not.

Your pricing is on the high end for ordering 3 months worth of trizep. I am finding other sites for $300 less when bought in the higher quantities giving customers more savings. Get with the program folks. So many websites that you all need to stay competitive.
