The app is very confusing and there’s no way to edit a request once submitted. I was told to “bookmark” the request form but I got no instructions on how to do it. When I asked how to do it the instructions I received made no sense at all. The system was SOOOO much easier and efficient when we just texted people.

I send text to you on Friday after 5 pm regarding this matter and did not hear from your team until Monday am. You told me vials are fine. I have a hard time beliving this ( these are multi use vials, it’s imperative that content is safe to use ) and as a healthcare worker myself i’m well aware how cold chain transport works. Besides, my first shipment was fine. It was in Styrofoam box, shippend from TX and by the time it got to me in FL ice pack did not even begin to melt. I would have GLADLY paid extra 30$ to get my meds packed properly and shipped from pharmacy mere 166 miles away from me. I don’t understand why you don’t offer that and leave it to your customers to decide for themselves if they want to take a chance on their meds overheating. Dissapointed to say the least.

I’ve been a customer for a year and a half. The staff are impeccable. I wish there was a dosing conversion chart for each pharmacy. Process is simple, however not all concerns/questions were answered during the intake process.

I like the general process, how quickly orders are received. The app is not an app in the sense of how most apps function. Web logon is required for some tasks. And pricing varies from day to day. This means a customer may get approved for a refill and provided options with pricing but not realize that an email went out to a distro list after that date with better offers. In order to get the better price, the customer has to know about the email, find it, then start their request for refill again. That’s kind of a mess.since you still obviously make a profit, your system should update offers to the most recent available packages when the customer starts their order. These changes would make your site the best choice over all others.the chats are a nice support group and we all need some of that these days, thanks.

A coupon was offered (via email) and then wasn’t honored because I placed my order through the old portal instead of the new one. I spend a significant amount of money and $50 off is helpful. I think I could’ve at least received a credit for my next order. I have felt zero changes from this new injection (new compounding pharmacy). I honestly wonder if it even has medication in it… Not impressed.
