This was one of the most frustrating…
This was one of the most frustrating pharmacy experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered tirzepatide and received a prescription bottle with an expiration date of 5/7/2026, but the individual vials had an earlier expiration of 10/17/2025. There were no instructions to clarify which date mattered or when to start the medication, leaving me completely unsure about its safety. When I raised the issue, Fifty 410 refused to offer a refund or replacement, insisting that dual expiration dates are “standard” and that my confusion was simply a misunderstanding. Their dismissive attitude and refusal to take responsibility for unclear labeling is unacceptable. A pharmacy should provide clear, accurate information — not leave patients guessing about potentially life-altering medications. I would strongly caution anyone considering this pharmacy: the lack of transparency and unwillingness to address legitimate concerns makes this a very poor choice for ordering medications.
