Overall, it’s great. The ease of it and the price out of pocket is phenomenal. My only complaint is how long it takes for pharmacy processing and shipping.

It's a very simple process. The only complaint I have is I wish my information was kept on file since I've been a patient for almost a year. I hate entering all of the same answers everytime I need to refill meds. Keeping it on file seems like it would be easy and very helpful. It would cut off tons of time when reordering.

I was a little confused on how many vials I needed for 3 months because on 2 was delivered, I was thinking I didn't have enough. Also, how to administer the doses really should be on a video as well as the pamphlet because I still didn't quite understand after reading and adminstered neally 2 1/2 more than I was suppose to on my first doses. I was use to a Pen type not a full syringe. It was scarry for me. I didn't have too many side effects yet although I had a bad headache for hours.

I applied on Friday got approved Saturday ordered meds Saturday they have always wrote me back on any question or concern I have but I was supposed to get my meds in 5-7 business days turns out I have to wait 10-14 business days now. They need to be open and upfront about that before ordering anything. I know it’s not their fault but still would have been nice to know. It’s my first time ever ordering stuff like this so I got excited now I’m checking my email every day to see when it’s coming. Also they want you to rate them without even getting the meds first. I just feel like I need to order more now just incase they run out or something. This is just my opinion Update**** 2 weeks in and they always message me back no if ands or buts, they have the best prices. Everyone’s body is different so you may not have the same reaction as everyone else but so far my experience has been awesome! Facebook has a support group for this website so definitely check it out:)

The response time was excellent. Finding information now that I have a script is very difficult. I remember seeing an email with side effects and such and now I cannot find it.
