I've been asked twice to send screenshots of text communication as proof of replies/requests! Navigating the website portals and links is not streamlined. Everything should be accessible from one place. Communication, my account, tracking, orders need to be straightforward. It's frustrating. Response time is quick and polite, product is good and ships relatively quickly.

I absolutely love how fast this got to me this last time. Previous shipments took 4 to 5 days. This one took 2. I am truly upset that I was on T with B12 and found they no longer offered this out of no where. Went to a B6. Energy levels significantly dropped. Will admit its been more of a struggle changing. Truly like that you are required to check in before the next order so they can adjust you as needed. However, definitely didn't like the miscommunication on the change between fifty410 and club compound and the change of Vitamin compounds.

Packaging was not great all opened and spilled, specifically syringes and alcohol wipes. Have not used product yet.
