Does not spread thinly enough
Seems to be too thick, does not spread lightly. My skin is very dry.

Hi Carol, I see you've ordered a couple of products from us, I'm so happy to see that! If you're finding the Luxury Concealer dry, I have a couple of suggestions - first, I pop my tube into a glass of warm water while I'm getting ready so it's warmed up and creamy when I apply it. You can also warm a small amount up between your fingers until it reaches that beautiful creamy consistency. The second option - I'm so excited to let you know that we've launched our new All-In-Wonder Concealer + Foundation! Overall Satisfaction - Still Trying It Out
Good things about Fiera: there is a good line of products specifically for older women. There are only one or two items I have not tried. My favorites are the Apple Stem Cell Serum, the Bakuchiol Facial Treatment and the Apple Stem Cell cream. For this type of product, the pricing is appropriate, and is less than many other well-known comparable brands. To be honest, I do not follow the regimen recommended by Fiera, so my results are likely going to take longer. But I do love the way the serum and creams make my skin feel, and I will continue using them. Not so great things about Fiera? An unnecessary re-branding that changed not only the packaging but also some of the amounts on some of the products. Also, call me spoiled, but shipping seems to take longer than most other items I order online, so be sure to order your refills well before you run out. *Be sure to check your email preferences, too, or you will get a lot of email from them.* I have not needed to contact Customer Service, so I can't speak to that. In summary, I'll just say that overall, I'm happy with the products and pricing. There's always room for improvement, of course, but Fiera is on the right track.

Fiéra's Lip plumper / hydrator
I have used their mature skin concealer, eye cream, and their facial moisturizer. I was happy enough with each of those. But I did not see the miraculous changes that they claim I would see. I recently ordered their lip plumper hydrator and although it's not terrible it doesn't do what social media claims that it does either. For one, it does NOT last all day like one reviewer claimed it does, and it does not plump your lips as much as what is shown in the videos They have got to be using something else along with it. I have even applied it to half of my lips to compare it with the half of my lips that I did not apply it to, but it doesn't plump as much as they claim it does. I will use this tube up, but for the results I got, it is not worth the high price to buy it again.

I haven’t really seen any results
I haven’t really seen any results. I’ve been using the Apple stem cell product for about a year. I just started with your new facial moisturizer, both morning and night without much results, but love the way they feel on my face.

I love how the product doesn't settle…
I love how the product doesn't settle in my wrinkles. Goes on smooth. Gives my face a finished look. The vitamin C serum is nice. I haven't noticed any difference using it.

Concealer in larger tube ( 1oz )
I would love the concealer to be in a larger 1oz tube for us who use it daily as a makeup
