Worst product I've ever used. The consistency is so thick it can barely spread. It's sticky and really hard to squeeze out of tube due to how thick it is.
On a good note, they agreed refund and resolved matter promptly.

The concealer itself is quite thick in order to provide maximum coverage. We do suggest letting it warm up a little before applying, either on the back of your hand or between your fingers. Once warmed, most of our customers find that it blends quite smoothly!

Don't be fooled into buying this
I'll start by adding that after posting my original review below, I was harassed by Fiera - under threat of removal of this honest review - by demanding my personal information.
You may have seen a ton of online ads for this product recently and I am here to tell you DON'T BE FOOLED by influencers (who are paid to push products).
I bought a tube of their supposedly "magical" concealer and was disgusted when it arrived.
TINY tube, thicker than toothpaste.
And yes: I read the instructions (in even smaller type which btw, if this is for "mature skin" then we also have "mature eyes!!!).
I rarely wear makeup anymore but when I do, I know I'm not supposed to dig into my skin and drag a product across it or rub hard into it. This stuff is just more junk. flooding our consumer market.
Don't buy it. Don't believe the hype (remember: these people are paid to push products). And even if you are given a refund, Fiera will still charge you for shipping, which is part of their scam.

Our concealer is formulated to be thick and creamy, as such, we suggest warming it up slightly prior to application. This could be on the back of your hand, between your fingers, or even popping the tube in a glass of warm water! Most customers find this allows for a smooth, seamless blend, and easy application.

If you'd like to give the product another try, I would recommend warming it up on the back of your hand if it's thick or sticky when you get it out of the tube. I will often put the tube in a glass of warm water while I do the rest of my morning routine for a couple of minutes and then it comes out beautifully soft, smooth and easy to apply.

I was Scammed out of 300 dollars
I was Scammed out of 300 dollars! Made payment more than two months ago and never received a refund! Costumer service is a Joke as they tell me than when I get the package (when? They don’t know) and until I refuse the package they will give me a “refund”. I am seeking legal advise to proceed because they don’t have a clue and they don’t care to help! Don’t waste your money like I did!

We'll be issuing you a full refund today as it has been 4 weeks since you placed your order, which is outside our normal expectation for shipping to your location.

When asking why I couldnt get free shipping on a subscribe and save they never answered why. They claimed not $25, but subscribe and save says always free shipping when you subscribe?!
