Refund issued
They are very slow at refunding. I sent products back for a refund on July 21st and of today, 8/18 I still have not received the refund. On 8/19/2024 a full refund was issued. Thank you Fiera.

No effect on crepe texture of mature skin
I was looking forward to identifying a more reasonably priced series for mature skin with effective ingredients. Unfortunately, I was disappointed after two months of use. I feel the crepe texture of my facial skin has worsened rather than improved and my skin remains as dry and irritated in places as before.

Bought this product a few months ago
Bought this product a few months ago. Please dont waste your money on this product!! The Fiera concealer is awful very very thick almost impossible to come out of the tube. It is an awful product!! I wish I had never bought it. Tbh I would like a complete refund. Does not cover fine lines and wrinkles at all. Best off sticking to your current concealer!! Don't waste your money on this product it is awful!!!

The key would be to first warm the product either on the back of your hand or between your fingers before application! I wish I could give it -5 stars
I wish I could give it -5 stars! It’s heavy, greasy and creases - opposite what promised. It’s the worst cosmetic product I have ever purchased in my entire life and I bought 3, lured by clearly fake reviews.

We would recommend using the layering effect by applying a few thin coats and building up coverage for a lighter feel. Looked into buying from this company, but in the end did not getting anything, but have since been constantly bombarded with emails and I really do take objection to being called "Dear" the emails became incessant had to block,

Bad product
Bad product, company offered a refund straight away yet then apparently forgot to process the refund so I had to chase it up!!!

Concealer so small must be designed for fairies…
I purchased the luxury concealer which is sold to go under your eye lids to cover up dark circles, it is of a very thick consistency and just pulls at your eye so rubbish. Also the size of the concealer is 0.5 fl oz, so not good value for money I would not recommend this product spend your money on a higher end product as works out cheaper
