It was thick & hard to get out of tube

Hi Rhonda! Our concealer is specially formulated to be thick and creamy so it doesn't settle into fine lines and is super moisturizing. When I use it, I warm it up on the back of my hand or even put the tube into a glass of warm water for a few minutes to make it a little easier to work with.
