They sell your information…
I was looking at their website and used a new email for them. Weeks later I began getting SPAM and they are singularly the ONLY ones that have my email. THEY SELL YOUR INFO!! (And nope, I didn’t subscribe to a newsletter.)

I never subscribed
I never subscribed. I purchased something one time and I'm furious that somebody abruptly used my money out of my bank to pay for more of their product to send to me so I think you are a horrible company and I hope you are sued

Have tried to contact several times
Have tried to contact several times. Somehow I signed up for automatic orders for concealer. I do not want this and want it cancelled. Haven’t got a single response to my requests.

Fiera concealer did not work as promised.
Response to Fiera reply: Thank you for your response. I did continue to use the concealer to get "my money's worth", but it never fully covered my dark circles. I followed the instructions on the website. I do not know how you can help me if the product did not work for me. I used the Fiera concealer for undereye dark circles. It absolutely did not cover as promised. I would recommend trying another product line. I hope this saves money and frustration for other women.

Disappointing
I have been using the eye cream for two months now to no effect, so, I’m stopping and will never buy it again. The online colour match tool for an eye concealer gets it seriously wrong - the one, that was recommended to me, looked way lighter than my natural skin and reminded me of a “panda eyes” effect when I tried to use it, so, I stopped. The social media advertising is way over-promising, but there are many ads like this nowadays, so, this company is no different. The customer service is superb though - the response is fast and you get your money back if you are not happy. So, it’s worth giving it a go to find out for yourself whether it’s worth it. Still - Not for me 100%..

Hi Karine, Thank you for taking the time to share your review! While we are sorry to hear the shade you selected was too light for you, we are very happy to know that our Customer Happiness Team was able to assist you! While it’s often recommended to use a shade slightly lighter than your natural skin tone for the undereye area, going too light can actually make dark circles appear MORE grey or dull. We'd suggest trying a shade darker on the under eye area, or mix two shades for the perfect match (in every season)! If we can be of any additional assistance, please do not hesitate to let us know! Thank you, Katherine from Fièra Cosmetics

Do Not Buy Discoloration Foundation
Do Not Buy Discoloration Foundation! It’s a scam!! You’ll get plastic bottles with lotion. It does NOT change color to match your skin! It does nothing . And don’t even try to send it back ! LoL 😂 I’ve wasted hours trying and to no avail.! The bottle says EELHOE on it and it’s just some kind of lotion.

Hi Glenda! We're so sorry to hear you had a negative experience, but this isn't Fiera's product! We have Fiera Luxury Concealer which is not a color-changing product. If you'd like to try it out, please check out our website at fieracosmetics.com
