its ok . imean i know its supposed to be creamy texture like but to it feels like paste. i mean i like that it covers but ihave to add a bit more. and i would like to see a major cut on the price for the finishing face powder. i mean i dont know if i would use this product over the summer. because of the pasty feel.

After receiving a shade that was too light and discovering you had to pay for postage back to the USA I was offered a darker shade to mix at £7.99, ok, that’s fine, but now have informed me that they won’t accept PayPal for this payment, despite accepting for the initial payment… even though the option is offered … I smell a rat!

I bought the luxury concealer after watching a couple of reviews on fb and YouTube and stuggling to find a decent concealer for mature skin. It's very thick and the colour is lovely. However and it's a big however its not as pigmented as I was lead to believe from the adverts and very oily so doesn't last very long seems to wear off quite quickly. I've tried it with setting powder but find because it's so oily it can get a bit cakey. It's also very shiny which looks odd if your foundation is more matt which is what I personally prefer. I wish I hadn't been persuaded by the buy two get one free and just bought the one now to test it out 1st. All that being said if you like a shiny glow then this is a great concealer for you. Me not so much.

The products are very nice. I used them for a few months and then started to have a reaction to them. The doctor said I should stop for a while and then reintroduce one product at a time, either Fiera of another line that I have used. Since my rash is gone, I decided to to back to my previous line. Rash is gone, but I am trying to mix one Fiera product at a time. I am still using the neck cream with no problem.

I like your eye cream but I do not like the new tube it comes in. The plastic is very stiff and the spout the cream is emitted from is too narrow. The pump worked best. I did email and ask if there was any old stock of the pump I could purchase and there was no reply.

Hi Susan! We're sorry to hear you're not enjoying the new packaging for our eye cream, and thank you so much for your feedback. We're always looking to improve our packaging and will take this into account! As a matter of fact, we have made a small change to our packaging this past fall to make the eye cream easier to dispense out of our new tubes, by enlarging the interior opening slightly. I find this makes the tube much easier to use. We do still have some of our previous pump bottle packaging, but it's unfortunately only available through Amazon.com and not available to ship to Canada.

I am not getting the results that I expected from the reviews. I do like have it doesn’t irritate my skin. Also I use all the products.

I had high expectations after watching the original marketing and testimonials but I was disappointed. Firstly, the product arrived frozen by royal mail. Secondly, it's so thick that it's very difficult to use, even if you rub it between your fingers first as they suggest, and it's way too heavy for the delicate skin under the eyes. The positive is receiving a brush with it and the high content of light pigment in it but I havd to say my cheap Maybelline concealer (voted one if the best online) covers blemishes better at a fraction of the cost and is easier to apply. I also had to wait over 2 weeks for delivery. It's a shame.

Hi Caroliine, I am sorry to hear that your product arrived frozen, rest assured, as a Canadian company, we do rigorous testing and the cold should have no effect on the concealer itself. Secondly, yes the concealer is quite thick, and we do suggest warming it up on the back of your hand and to use think light layers so you are able to build coverage. If you are not 100% satisfied you are able to contact out Customer Happiness for a full refund.
