I found the tasks on this app extremely difficult and, unfortunately, the review process feels incredibly unforgiving. Even when you put a significant amount of time, effort, and genuine care into completing a task, your submission can be denied over the smallest detail if you don't follow the instructions with absolute precision. What is especially frustrating is that there doesn't seem to be any consideration for the effort involved. Even after completing most of a difficult task, there is no partial compensation or acknowledgment of the work that was put in. The process feels very rigid and, at times, lacking in compassion or understanding. I truly tried my best, but it is discouraging to spend so much time completing challenging tasks only to have the entire submission rejected for a minor issue. I believe there should be more flexibility, clearer expectations, and some form of partial compensation when substantial work has been completed.

It's a scam people. After yrs of having the app on my phone "just incase", I get an email from someone letting me know about Tim Horton's campaigns in my area, buy a specific sandwich and get $10.00 plus the sandwich comp'd. I accept the task, get the sandwich as requested, supply receipt, picture, answer the questions and ... denied. Contacted Customer service and nothing response, saying I didn't answer the question listed in the task instructions correctly?? - bs, I did everything. They’ll find any reason not to pay. Scam! Don't bother.

So many stores don’t even have any of the products you’re supposed to buy so you don’t get paid because you can’t complete the job. Field Agent says that’s just how their tasks are, they have no idea if the stores they send you to will have the products you’re supposed to photograph or buy. Also, Field Agent doesn’t screen most of the stores so they ask you to go to stores that expect a quick purchase. You can’t take the photos needed and you can’t complete those jobs when a business expects you to go in and buy something right away. Some stores Field Agent sends you to ask every customer what they need as soon as you walk in so you can’t just say you’re browsing. Of course you are discreet but some businesses watch everyone who enters their store and expect you to make a purchase quickly and don’t allow photos to be taken.

I completed multiple tasks through Field Agent in Spain, but I have been unable to receive my payment because their system does not accept my NIE. Their own information indicates that agents can work as long as they have a valid Spanish identification document, such as a DNI or NIE. However, when I try to enter my NIE, the platform rejects it as invalid, meaning I cannot withdraw the money I earned. I have tried contacting them multiple times through every available support channel, but I have never received a proper response or solution. They simply ignore the issue. This is extremely frustrating and unfair. I completed the work, but I cannot access my payment because of a problem with their system and a complete lack of customer support. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using this platform in Spain if you have a NIE. Be very careful before completing tasks for them, because you won`t ever get paid.

Hi Guiri, We are sorry about the inconvenience you have experienced as an Agent in Spain! I hope we can help! When you request a payment, you will be asked to enter your DNI or NIE. Currently, the NIE field is showing an error, but you can temporarily enter any number in DNI format (8 digits and 1 letter) to continue to the bank details section and complete the payment process. We are working to get that resolved asap! Additionally, there is a mission in the app called “Required for Transfers”, where you will need to enter and submit your DNI or NIE to verify your identity and enable payments." We will then input that information to ensure that your account is updated appropriately. We hope that this helps!

Tried 3 different shops, all 3 denied. I followed all the instructions.

I completed a mission through the Field Agent app in Spain, and the payment was credited correctly inside the app. On October 2nd, I requested the transfer to my Spanish bank account, but after more than a month, I still haven’t received the money. I have contacted support several times via email, but no one has replied. My bank has confirmed that there’s no pending or returned transfer from Field Agent. This is extremely disappointing — I did the work, the amount was approved, and now the company is ignoring my payment request. It feels unfair and unprofessional. I’m sharing this review so that Field Agent Europe takes this issue seriously and resolves the delay for users in Spain. All I ask is transparency and timely payment for completed work.

This was a frustrating experience from start to finish. The application is full of bugs to even access the task and submit it. I followed the instructions and examples to a T. All tasks except for a 3$ one was rejected for errors that did not exist. Customer Service was just as frustrating and gave false errors. It felt very much like a scam. I joined at the request of a friend who did different tasks and had the same experience. You are not able to cash out because it requires a minimum of 15$.
