The team at Fidelity Home Group made the whole home purchasing process a breeze! My wife and I purchased our first home and everyone of their team members was there for the whole process to explain every step and keep us on track. Look no further, Fidelity Home Group is the easy choice!

Erik and Brooks are fantastic! They move at a breakneck pace with such compassion and grace. They took the time to answer all our questions and help us through such a complicated process. They always prepared us for what was coming and delivered on their promises right on time. There is no one better !

Had a great experience buying my first home with Fidelity Home Group. The team I worked with was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly, which was not really my experience with the other lenders I got quotes from. I wanted to put an offer on a home one day after getting in touch with Erik and they expedited my loan pre-approval in order to help me meet the offer deadline. My offer was ultimately accepted and we closed in 18 days.

A top notch, professional team. Will do a good job start to finish. No regrets, recommending to colleagues and friends. Thanks Charley!

I recently purchased my first home and Fidelity Home Group was amazing. Erik & Brooks helped me through the entire process and was a total professional the whole time. Everything went perfectly and I couldn't be happier.

Holy cow! They were so fast and efficient! I have purchased 8 properties in my life. Each time it was such a struggle to get the loan thru. There was always "just one more (stupid) document" I had to submit. But with these guys - it was so quick and I dare say, enjoyable! I think we were approved in maybe 7 days completely hassle free? I was shocked at how smooth everything

Fidelity Home Group was amazing to work with!! Erik, Brooks & Brianna were the best team I could have imagined, and especially Brianna worked some kind of magic to figure out how to make everything come together in only 15 days!

We are one of the Fidelity Home Group 14 Day close success stories! We found our dream home and put in an offer. It was accepted 2 hours later and we had the keys 2 weeks later. Erik & his team is top notch from start to end in the home loan process. All questions were answered swiftly and everything was on point. I would recommend this them to anyone looking to impress a seller and their agent with the quickest non-cash close and come out on top as the winning bid on their dream home.
