Bought a specific violin on a Monday
Bought a specific violin on a Monday, charged my credit card, got confirmation email. On Wednesday got an email saying they sold it to someone else. Was the only one in stock on that Monday, the other one was sold the Friday before. All of a sudden they are now offering that one, which I did not want. My guess the buyer brought it back and they gave him mine. Then I see they charged my card twice for 2 violins. (Over $7000.00) Then stated it might take up to 10 days to get refund. Will never do business with them again, they lost out on a good customer who has bought 4 violins in the last month.

We’re truly sorry for your experience—when something goes wrong like this, it genuinely hurts our soul. Due to a human error, the violin reserved for you was accidentally sold in our showroom, and we sincerely apologize for the confusion and frustration this caused. We would like to clarify that your credit card was never charged for the instrument. When an order is placed on our website, a temporary preauthorization is created, but funds are not captured unless the order is fulfilled and shipped to you. We have tried to reach out to you to make things right and would still welcome the opportunity to rectify the situation.
