fiancrework.comReviews of fiancrework.com

Scam! This company is terrible. They advertised a product at one price, at the checkout screen it was another price, and then I received two order confirmations with higher prices. I immediately requested to cancel my order and the company is refusing to cancel my order. Their customer service team is absolutely terrible, telling me that I will enjoy the product, so there’s no need to cancel. Do not buy from this company!!

I haven't purchased from this company as I've been burnt already. It looks like this could be the same/similar to the company who ripped me off for cheap quality fairies/dandelions and Magic Metal Kinetic Sculptures that I never received. They say made in USA or Australia but too late you find out after when you paying it off on paypal that they based in China...and then when you complain ....they haggle and then the company/ email address disappears when you insist on your money back....not sure how they able to bypass Paypal's standards...have not bothered complaining to Paypal, as one reviewer mentioned they were unable to help in this regard. They probably change company names and carry on. Be very weary who you give your hard earned money to out there people.

I ordered 2 of the letter piggy banks. They took 5 weeks to arrive. One was missing a screw, but was otherwise well-made and as advertised in the photos on their website. The other was made of a cheaper type of wood and the stain was poorly applied. The wood was unsanded and very rough-looking and put together very poorly. It looked like a cub-scout project gone wrong. I am still in negotiations with fiancrework. Their first offer was a $4.00 USD refund. Considering I paid $28 for EACH bank (including tax and shipping), I found this to be a ridiculous and insulting offer. In spite of the photos I sent them, they have not acknowledged the poor quality of the items beyond repeating "We are very sorry you are dissatisfied." Their final offer appears to be a full refund IF I pay to return the items to China, which would obviously cost me as much as the items themselves. I would NEVER buy from this website or any of the other numerous names they market under.

**EDIT _ and even after sending them photo's they think the items are good quality!! I can't even get a 1p coin in the thing!! Reported to trading standards and my card company ** I wish I'd read these reviews before purchasing! The advert pops up on FB and the items (Wooden money boxes in this instance) look amazing and well made. Firstly you pay - all looks well. Then they take over £10 more than you authorised and you have a nightmare trying to get it back - they haggle with you for a price to give back to you??? You try and cancel the order but they say it's too late it's been shipped. When it arrives... today...omg ! It looks like a small child has cobbled it together. Glue stains showing, not stained well, rough edges and the icing on the cake - you can't even get a 1p coin in the money box! The picture shows lots of coins and notes in there... definitely not what they are sending out! I am giving them the benefit of the doubt and I have emailed them this morning asking for a return address and a full refund so I will keep this forum posted. If they refund me I'll adjust the score as at least that shows some sort of decency! But stay away from any of these wooden money box adverts please!

Total scam. They pretend to be in the USA, but they are actually a scam Chinese company, masquerading as a legitimate business. Do not buy anything from them, you will lose your money.

They are a scam you never get the product or your money back. Don’t be tempted by them!!
