I returned an item bought thru Amazon and was charged almost $10 for return shipping. The reply I received poor and unsatisfactory. Furthermore, the item I received was of very poor quality. Don't buy from this company, directly or thru Amazon.

DC covers are not worth it do not buy them they say they leather but they pleather they supposed to be leather all the way around when I received the item they will pleather in the front and cloth in the back not all leather I would never buy another thing from these people FH group because they told me that these will fit my truck on the phone I had to rig the back seat cover stretch it because it was so small when they said it would fit and I wound up tearing to seat Cover do yourself a favor find yourself some real covers for your seats because fh seat covers suck thanks for your time on unsatisfied customer

I ordered seat covers for my Chevrolet Silverado and was out of town when they were received for almost 2 weeks. When I tried to install them the first attempt ripped the side mesh, and the arm rest had to be removed, which is, for the most part, impossible. I called to get return instructions and was told that I was a few days past their return time limit. I explained my being out of town and that the first attempt to install ripped the side mesh. They still refused. I ask to speak to a supervisor and initially was told there was no one there. I asked that they have someone call me, and they confirmed they would. However, I never heard from anyone. Avoid this company! I received an email 57 days later stating that they want to make this right and had attempted to contact me (which was not true). I tried to respond to their email, but you cannot respond to their email. So I called customer service and a recording stated that there was one person in front of me. I got no response other than for 32 minutes I got a recording of Press 2 to stop holding every 13 seconds. So in holding for 32 minutes I heard this recording 147 times. I later received another email stating they want more information and left a phone number. The same one I called and was on hold for 32 minutes. I called it and a new recording stated that there was one person in front of me and I got that recording every 13 seconds. BEYOND FRUSTRATED!

I placed an order by accident they would not cancel it within the hour they would not answer the phone they sent me an email saying that they got a ticket for my request to cancel it within the hour and then two hours later sent me another email saying that it’s been shipped and then the next morning told me that they could not cancel my order and then I have to pay to ship it back even though I asked to cancel the order within the hour because I made a mistake and now they can’t even contact me or even talk to me about canceling it but Process the payment and send me a email saying it was being shipped and that they couldn’t cancel the order before it was shipped which I don’t understand now I have to come out of pocket for something that I made a mistake on so I have to pay for a mistake with my own money which is wrong people make those mistakes every day I would never order from them again and I hope I get my money back and then I have to wait for them to mail me a return shipping label on top of paying for shipping to get it shipped back

I purchased a seatcover from them and although the covers were fine it was missing a headrest cover. I have been trying for a week to contact customer support 3 phone call after being on hold for over an hour I gave up. I sent a dozen un-asked emails. If I don't hear back soon I will be on a mission to leave back feedback on every website and service I can find. How are you still in business treating customers like this?

Failed to fill order correctly and when i asked for the missing items, wanted to charge me shipping fees for those items. Do not use this company, customer service is the worst.

. My husband bought me a set of seat covers for my Chrysler town & country minivan 2016. Unfortunately i stowed away one of my seats with seat cover on and my leather seat is completely RUINED WITH MOLD. Wish i could post pics of seat and seat cover. Know im left with an expensive bill because i need a new seat mold is dangerous
