I love the seat covers. I did not get all the parts according to installation instructions. I got them installed. I love the look of them. The drivers side bottom cushion cover is different from the passenger. One bottom cushion has 2 straps in front, the drivers side no straps in front. I probably won't do anymore business here. Believe me I researched these seat covers for hours trying to find just the right ones. Again for the look, GREAT! ALL THE REST, WELL I AM GLAD THEY FIT SO I DON'T HAVE TO SHIP BACK. DO THEY NOT DOUBLE CHECK ORDERS TO ENSURE THEY ARE COMPLETE? I WORKED IN SHIPPING/RECEIVING/ORDER PICKED MOST OF MY CAREER. I WOULD HAVE DOUBLE CHECKED ORDER BEFORE PUTTING ON TRUCK.

Way too difficult to install even with viewing the instructional video. Also, the instructions did not pertain to my model car, however, I made it work despite missing one of sleeve cover for the back bench. I did not return this set because the material is of very good quality and looks great once installed.

I've ordered this brand a couple of times. Was very pleased the first time - no problems - great price, item as described, fit my vehicle as stated it would. Second time was not as smooth. I received 2 "right" side front bucket covers. Only an issue because they are specifically promoted as designed to work with side airbags - there is a small tag that indicates which side goes over the airbag side. I contacted customer service - accidentally sent twice and got 2 different representatives with kind of different answers. Nutshell..I was eventually told it wouldn't really matter bc the force of the airbag would be strong enough to bust through the "regular" side. I wasn't crazy about this answer (why advertise that as a feature if it really doesn't matter?) but decided to just move on. For various reasons I waited to put the back seat covers on until a few months later. When I did, i found out they do not work with my vehicle and I was VERY careful to make sure they would (per the item's description) when I ordered them. I do feel that if I had contacted the company that I could have made a return, but the 30 day return window had passed. That part is on me, but considering I paid a little more for them than I normally would, I was disappointed that they did not work with my vehicle as described.

It is such a breath of fresh air when you deal with a company that does what they say and does it with class.
