The company is good and I got my order…
The company is good and I got my order quickly. The product does not fit my vehicle very well. When I ordered I specifically searched for the year, make and model that I have and the product I ordered and received does not work. After watching the suggested installation videos it seems that they are only for 2016 and newer models and mine is 2010. I will have to return.

Too much baggage…
Minus one star for the NEW minimum of $100 for free shipping. Minus one star for the high shipping cost for items under $`100. And that is being generous. I will probably NOT be buying any of your products in the future because of the above. ED

Thank you for your feedback. We completely agree that shipping costs have become too much! We continue to try and find more options for our customers to be able to provide you with the best costs. As a small business, we get some discounts but not quite as many as bigger companies do on shipping! We truly appreciate you giving us a shot and hopefully you'll reconsider us.

So far, pretty good.
Delivery was quick. Product as expected. Unsure of how the clips were to be used and one seat cover did not have them. If after a year the covers are holding up well, I would up the score.

Sloppy Packaging
The product seems good, however the sloppy way it was boxed and the condition the package was in when I received it was horrible.

Faded seat
First let me say that I have used the cloth seat covers from your company and loved them but I wanted neoprene. They were EXACTLY what I wanted. The hot pink was perfect but I have had then since end of August and the front seats have faded from the sun. Otherwise they were perfect but I'm disappointed of the fading color I expected it to last longer than like 3 months

Material seems strong
Material seems strong Installing Back rest went well. ( Velcro straps will stick to everything while try to pull through) Seat bench different story You have to lift bench of brackets Difficult to pop it back in because support straps cover styro hooks. So had to move them to the side Also when pull on straps they don’t stay tide. Used duct tape or a knot to keep tension Also keep eye on seat belt inserts when installing Hope that helps
