Thank you for your feedback. We're very sorry to hear that you've had this experience. Our listings are separate however, if you just search "Tesla", you will see the results for all. But when you click on the listing, it does show the name at the top of the page, very clearly. We also send two emails after you purchase, one with the confirmation, showing what item you ordered and the tracking email when it ships, also confirming the order. The reason why you weren't refunded part of your amount is because the other item on your order was not returned. Thank you for your feedback. I looked at your order and your order was shipped via UPS. The tracking states that there have been delays within UPS. We completely understand your frustration and have opened a case with UPS to locate the package for you. We will reach out to you separately with the tracking details and updates.

Hi Michelle. I'm so sorry you had this experience. As we explained in the chat, your package was shipped out from our facility and after contacting the carrier, they were unable to locate this. We truly apologize that this happened though. In the chat on Monday 4/22 we sent you the confirmation number for your new package: 2105087. On Tuesday 4/23, we sent you the tracking information (which I don't want to post here publicly). The tracking is showing it's departed from the UPS hub here in Secaucus, NJ (where we're located). So this is enroute. Perhaps you didn't see the response to the chats? Unfortunately tracking issues do happen and we apologize that there was no update after 8 days. Had we known sooner, we would have followed up much quicker! But again, we're very sorry for this matter and are putting new processes in place so we can catch these issues sooner! I hope this helps to clarify the situation for you and you should receive your package very soon!

We're very sorry to hear that the seat covers don't fit your car. Could you please share your car model with us? We would be happy to recommend seat covers that are a better fit for your vehicle！
