I purchased tickets to an event for the Mets and the system showed me that I purchased the correct ticket. However, in my email and when I saw the cost I realized there was a glitch (that many people seem to experience as per the reviews) and it needed to be corrected. I immediately contacted them asking for assistance Zack K. informed me that there was nothing that they can do and that I needed to reach out to the Mets. I did that and the Mets ticket team did all they could to assist me but can’t fix the issue and redirected me to Fevo. I tried again with support and was told again nothing can be done. Meanwhile I see all of these reviews of people being assisted. I added the Mets ticket team to the email (as per the Mets request to better support me) and Zack removed them and informed me I had to repurchase the tickets that they couldn’t allow me to upgrade even though I informed them the tickets I asked for was not on the site. I regret my part in getting the tickets late and would not have been as pressed. But I asked several times for support and Zack and the social media team were not helpful. I’m still here with no resolution. The Mets team has been utterly amazing but Fevo I hope I never have to utilize again. Not sure how everyone else has had such amazing experiences.

I bought a 20 person suite for a white Sox game for client of mine. I did receive an email confirming my purchase and said that my smart phone was ticket for admission. Well I still can’t figure out to transfer them to my phone. They have no customer service number to call, only an email address to let them know you’re having an issue. So I sent them an email on a Wednesday, and by end of day Friday, no return call. Now I’m in full panic mode as they’ve had 3 days to return my call, and the game is only 10 days away. I’ll never use them again and suggest to all readers of my post to do the same. I spent $4k on the suite.

I bought an admission ticket to a Syracuse Mets baseball game. They put me through a very complicated process in which they had to send me a code which never arrived nor did the email. It was a horrible experience and I will never use this service again.

As an older parent of two good readers from our local elementary school, I redeemed their two free Captains tickets and bought two for a day at the stadium through FEVO for our whole family- only because of my lack of internet Savy, I accidentally purchased the first two in a different row than the next two. One call to customer support at FEVO straightened out our seats in less than a day! We now have four tickets (still two were free through the school reading program reward) all together! Thank you big time FEVO for your quick response on a weekend. We will have a great mini vacation as a result.

I would give zero stars if possible. I ordered Cincinnati open tickets through them... premium tickets at great expense... and the tickets have not been provided. This appears to be a fraudulent web site and it's unfortunate that a premier event associates with such fraud.

Fevo’s customer care solved my problem extremely quickly and professionally. I can only speak with extreme positivity of My experience with them.

I purchased Mets ticket vouchers through Costco (via FEVO) with the intention of taking my 82-year-old disabled aunt, a lifelong Mets fan, and my two sons to a game together. Unfortunately, the experience has been nothing short of discriminatory and infuriating. There was no way to check seating availability before buying the vouchers. When I tried to redeem the vouchers, the system had no option to request ADA seats, and I was denied access to visible accessible seats on the MLB site (Section 110, Row 32-WC, Seats 15–18). FEVO’s customer support told me the seats I wanted were unavailable. The agent told me to redeem the voucher for a game I wanted to go to and he would swap them for ADA seats, only to later tell me they couldn't. I was offered a “solution” to sit separately from my disabled aunt. go to the stadium on game day and “see if anything is available.” That is not a plan, especially for someone with mobility issues. I was also told that accessible seats were limited because “the team is winning.” Is that a reason to deny ADA accommodations? It's not just unacceptable—it's discriminatory. I called the Mets’ ticket office, which was even less helpful. I was told to go to the stadium on game day and “see if anything is available.” That is not a plan, especially for someone with mobility issues. I was also told that accessible seats were limited because “the team is winning.” Is that a reason to deny ADA accommodations? It's not just unacceptable—it's discriminatory. The agent also said I could exchange my four seats for a $1 to $5 credit per ticket and purchase new ones at full price. Why sell vouchers to families with no clear way to ensure seating together or accessibility? FEVO refused to refund the vouchers despite being unable to accommodate basic accessibility needs. This entire process has been a waste of time, energy, and money, and a heartbreaking experience for someone who simply wanted to take her disabled aunt to a game. The Met’s ticketing office was dismissive and unhelpful. I do NOT recommend using FEVO if you require accessible seating. This process clearly lacks ADA consideration, transparency, or compassion.
