Wow! Wish I had read reviews , cause I spent almost $60 an haven't heard nothing back , an I think this is very wrong that they keep getting away with this..... I'm so so so very upset & I am taking legal action. I won't a playing bout my money. They r gon' wish they hadn't taken from the wrong one...... Smh , it's sad , because they r nothing but thieves & they r bout to be were they can't rob anyone else, after this ....... It is now , Officially February 5th an it's been almost a now , since I placed my order & I've never once have gotten anything sent to me nor no Emails , no messages, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING...... This is so wrong because I thought I was buying from Macy's back stage clearance sale. I'm bout to report every single bit of this again.

I ordered some items for a $55.90 I've heard nothing since and have no items mailed to me on this out $55.90 they don't have my account it shows I've ordered nothing and I've got a picture of where I ordered and purchased at but I don't know how to get in touch with them the number that's on there is always a busy signal what can I do to get back my money or either get my items?

I ordered 2 jackets from this site on 10/23/25. They pulled money from my account on 10/24/25. Gave me an order number and an ETA. Several weeks later I received an email stating the package was "delivered". We live out in a rural area with no neighbors for at least a mile. No info on the "carrier". They sent an email stating they would refund 60%, I refused. Then another email for 90%. I accepted this "refund" on 11/27/25......Its January of 2026. No refund, and no more emails. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

I placed an order back on December 1st. Here we are Dec 28th and I still haven't received my jacket.. There's no way to contact these people either so I'm out $18.98 . Do yourself a favor and order from another company. You'll be glad you did.

I ordered several items from this company on November 25th, 2025. Today is 32 days, but no response whatsoever. I don't know who to contact. The phone number that I have does not work. Please run and do not order from Fetive; they are not trustworthy. Does anyone know the best way to reach them?

Yes I placed an order back in September with ESTIRE FETSIVE, as I had made several other orders with different places, and recurved all of those orders. But, I still have not gotten my order from FETSIVE BROOKLYN NY! it's taken me 3 months now to finally figure out who I needed to contact to see about my order, and I'm still trying to get all the info together to do that. Is really liketo find out what happened to my order! It's been 4 months since I placed my order. I received info when it was shipped out and that was the last I heard any thing, I'm hoping to get to the bottom of this and eventually recurve my order, I'd rather have my items instead of my $ back.if anyone can help me with any info that would help me to get this resolved I'd be for ever grateful

I ordered from Festive and 8 weeks later when I emailed them about my order, they claimed the shipping company “lost” my package. I asked for a refund and they claimed the shipping company refused to reimburse them so in turn, they could not afford to reimburse me. I asked what the insurance I paid was for and they then offered to reimburse me for my items but not the shipping charges. The shipping charges were MORE than my original order. Nope… I want all my money back…. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY… not trustworthy.

It said delivered but no package was received I would like to know what happened to the package and it has been 32 days since I placed the order
