This was my first time using Festival Pros. They always went above and beyond! Mark was so accommodating and helpful. Anytime I had questions or concerns, he was quick to reply or answer, give feedback and many wonderful suggestions. My clients were extremely happy with their "bucket list trip". I would highly recommend Festival Pros for anyone looking for that perfect "once in a lifetime trip". Thank you for making this trip perfect for my VIP clients!

Great Time in Pamplona
If you want to do Pamplona, this is the company. Mark, Lynnette and their whole staff took care of our every need, explained everything to us and made sure we felt like we were part of the San Fermin Festival. I could not have been happier with everything they did for us, and enthusiastically recommend them for anyone wanting the great experience of the running fore bulls in Pamplona.

Viva San Fermin!
As professional travel writers, we get to see a lot of tour operators and we have to say that our trip with Festival Pros has been one of our best experiences. When traveling abroad, all you really want is to have confidence that what was promised will be delivered. Festival Pros far exceeded our expectations on their San Fermin, Running Of The Bulls package. We will seriously consider repeating this trip with friends just because it was such a positive experience.

THE best San Fermin Experience
If you want a truly amazing San Fermin experience, there’s no better choice! I’m a travel agent and I trusted in Mark and his crew for my group of 12. We all had the trip of a life time and there’s absolutely no other company out there that runs a smoother operation!

Khang, you guys were the best. We were all impressed with how much of the festival you took in! We'd have you back every year, if you can find the time!

Fantastic few days
Fantastic few days. Great response from the team. The only hic cup in the arrangement was transport to venues from hotel, although the morning of the running a bus was put on and this worked great. Will certainly be telling friends this is a must do and sooner rather than later. Thanks heaps Mark

Thanks, Royden. Too bad I only saw you in the stairwell that one day... you guys were busy out enjoying the city. Yes, the hotel shuttle is something we continue to work on as we grow. Thanks for mentioning it. So glad you both could make it!
