Without doubt the cheapest POS flag I have ever purchased! Incredibly thin, cheap printed nylon. I would be embarrassed to fly this flag. Hindsight leads me to believe this came from China. Absolutely no reason this would take 4+ weeks to make plus up to three more for shipping. A far better quality and American made can be purchased off Amazon for 1/4 the money and received in 48 hours. Reply* I called you on the morning of Dec 5 and you informed me it would not ship for another week or better before shipping then another 3 for shipping.(big clue it was coming from China!) you were clearly Unaware it had actually already shipped!🤦🏻♂️ I received the package in the mail, no need to put in package box as it was tiny. I have never received a 3’x5’ flag in such a tiny package! Figured there must be a mistake and I was sent a smaller flag. Nope! It’s simply so cheap it will fit In a small shipping envelope! Printed nylon sheet that I can see through!!!! Grossly disappointed at being ripped off!!! As you pointed out so snuggly yesterday “21 WORKING days!” That’s over 4 weeks Slowleak. Before shipping! A 3’x5’ flag should not fit in a back pocket of a pair of jeans. It is ridiculously thin! (Cheap) You keep arguing delivery time, although it was excessive for a NON CUSTOM flag (simply an American flag) the main issue is it is a a RIDICULOUSLY CHEAP POS! In no way whatsoever worth $63.12!!!! Your handling of this issue should make things clear enough for those reading this to avoid fest flags.

Embarrased? Really? Sounds like you are very updset sir. Your exaggerations and accusations hurt our company and are unfounded. You are clearly delusional sir. Here are some REALITIES about your order that maybe you didnt realize. 1. You said 4 weeks? Are you serious? It was 12 business days Not 4 weeks and over the busiest shipping weekend of year. You chose FREE shipping and these are make to order. 2. Our flags are made to order. We do not stock all designs with all the vaious stiching options. Your flag had to be produced. There is a what is called a PRODUCTION line. You selected the FREE STANDARD production/shipping option of 14-21 business day turn time. This is OUR FREE SHIPPING OPTION. You had options to rush the order which you opted not to. 2. This order came in on Nov 14 and arrived EXACTLY 13 business days later on DEC 5 which is EARLIER than expected even with Thanksgiving weekend!!! 3. We informed you it COULD be another week sir and that you would get shipping information in your email which you did. During the holiday season these are AVERAGES TURN TIMES. Your flag came early. Not sure why you so mad lol. 4. We standby our product for quality and durability. We make our products here and have 1000s of happy customers. 5. Tiny package? Im sorry. You didnt even pay for shipping!!! Did you need a giant, bedazzled, extravegent, environmentally un-friendly box for your flag. Sorry to disappoint you sir. You are being unfair and rediculous. Maybe you should actually look at the FACTS of your order and how we EXCEEDED your timeline expectations before you go and bad mouthing our company or our process that you had COMPLETE control over. Happy holidays sir. Hope you have brighter days for yourself and your family. Take care:)

Had a great experience with fest flags, was able to get a custom flag that looks awesome. My flag creator was easy going to work with a quick to respond. There was a little hiccup in processing that caused a delay, but the communication was on point and the situation was handled efficiently and I truly felt cared for. I will definitely recommend fest flags to anyone in need.
