I found out that Ivy Rose is not a Jack Russell; but is 33% chihuahua and 20 other breeds. This explains why her pads are so big

I have not received my order, which arrived in Huntsville, June 09, 2026. I have tried to communicate via email with the "support" team, but get no answers. I didn't realize I was ordering from a company in Stuttgart!!!!

The shipment took over 2 weeks and no where did it say you had to have lighter fluid in the chamber for it to work. Very disappointing. The lighter fluid spills every time you strike the flint

It takes way too long to get it. You gave me the tracking number when it shipped, but when I emailed about where my order was at, you give me a different tracking number and website. This is my third order with one of your many different companies names. Each time it is the same issue. Each time it was the same, almost over month to get it.

Ordering was easy.

Best for removing undercoat on my golden doodle. I was blown away by how much hair it was removing. Best brush ever

I don’t think either using it wrong or my dogs hair was too thick . If I would only had that I’d still be using it

My dog grooming tool finally arrived, and my dog and I love it… works well, but it took a long time to arrive after ordering.
