I bought a TV with touch screen 4k from ferlagimo I was tracking my package almost for a month and today 11/08/25 I track my package and it says delivered but I don't receive the package I looked everywhere and I don't find the package this company is a fraud

Ordered an Xmas tree, have been tracking it for a month,it said derlived after 5 weeks to which no item appeared, lily the fake emailer has not replied

Saw the ad on TikTok and went to order. I waited a month for the portable tv and they lied and said it was arrived when I was home all day. I’m happy I paid through PayPal. Please do not order from this scam of a company.

Fake.

I ordered one of those portable touch screen TV monitor costing €60. It took more than a month and says it was delivered. None was received. We even checked our company cctv's on all point and no one came to deliver on the said date and time. I tried to contact them of who and which courier here in Ireland delivered it aside from the original China Post. Unfortunately, Lily who replied before doesn't answer back. It shows there is a scam going on here. Badly, TIKTOK allows these company to advertise and use their platform. TIKTOK should be made responsible for these things, too. BEWARE OF THIS FERLAGIMO COMPANY.

BETRUG !!!!!!
