FenixStoreReviews of fenix-store.com

I have the fenix TK11 TAC, and was looking for a pressure switch. It says on their website that "AR101 Remote pressure switch" would work. Both says that on their website and switch packaging. ITS NOT COMPATIBLE AT ALL! - the switch doesn't work to the desired flashlight, it doesn't fit it. Very frustrating.

Horrible, horrible customer service. After they sat on an order for weeks, charging the full amount to my credit card immediately, and never sending even an order confirmation email, I criticized them in an email and they immediately replied with nothing but a cancellation and refund invoice. No explanation, no apology. That kind of arrogance, from a small company that otherwise gives off the usual rhetoric about how much they care about their customers, and so on, is why they don't deserve your business.
