I got this survey and still havent even…
I got this survey and still havent even gotten shipping confirmation on my order. That was a week ago.

All apologies for the delay in the order. I did not get an email from the warehouse that there was a backorder on the 2 different caps. The 3" black cap is going out today from the Reno office. We received our products within 2 days…
We received our products within 2 days of placing the order. We had measured wrong and I called the company and was advised on what to do on the returns. The lady that helped me was extremely friendly and very helpful.
