Richard went out of his way to ensure that my request for the khaki-cored Solar post caps for which I was searching were those that most closely resembled the New England Style caps at the most reasonable price. Much appreciated his special efforts. Pat Doran

Fast, but....
Fast, efficient operation, however, shipping and handling way too costly! Give more delivery options!

I am so sorry you were upset with the shipping cost. The US Priority Mail rate is $11.90 for that package and we do charge $1 for the box and shipping materials. The total was $12.90 which is what your invoice shows. UPS is $17.90 for the same package.

Nervous at first, but very satisfied.
When my order arrived I was very nervous at first. I ordered 14 Post Cap and they arrived in a small box. They are exactly the size of the Post Cap and they're plastic, but they are perfect. They have upgraded my deck with so much class. Some of the pieces I've had to cut to make it fit directly on the post due to the railing. That's been easy to do as well. I would recommend this product.
