Ordered February 10th. It’s now the 27th. Still no product. No answer from customer support. No update on tracking. Bad business all around. Update—item order finally was received March 2nd. Their customer service person said they had high demand and shipping was delayed due to this.

I have no idea how this product is. I paid for priority shipping and they have sent the shipping information to the carrier and two weeks later it still has not been received by the carrier. Customer service will not answer any of my emails. This was ordered on the 2/2 it is now 2/22 and nothing.

It's been over 2 weeks and there still is no update on my order. I paid extra for priority shipping and can't get so much as a response back from customer service. The number provided hangs up when I call and my emails go unanswered. Pretty sure this is a scam which sucks because I truly looked forward to surprising the man I love with this custom set. 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
