I have to give my experience 5 stars. I ran into trouble as I had given entered the wrong address and noticed after it had already shipped. Although customer support, Jerry, could no longer change the address himself as he no longer had the package, he informed me on what I should do and checked in on my concerns even when I hadn't asked. Customer service was kind, patient (even sent screenshots of certain tracking messages and reexplained their meaning to me), and responded quickly. Package is coming into my new address today, and I'm excited to see what I've got!!
