Felix HomesReviews of felixhomes.com

I want to thank Tyler Forte for the professionalism and honesty he showed from our first phone call asking them to be our realtor in the pursuit of our dream home. He spent countless trips to many potential homes and showed us all the details of the homes via live google calls as we did this all remotely from another state. We appreciated his knowledge of the area and his expertise as a realtor at Felix Homes. We finally found our dream home and with Tyler’s help, we put in an honest offer and we are now proud homeowners. Thank you Tyler!

Tyler with Felix Homes was great to work with. He was attentive & returned all calls/texts promptly. I closed on time and would definitely recommend him in the future. Thank you Tyler!

We had a fantastic experience selling our home in Crieve Hall with Tyler and the Felix team. Tyler was a great agent in everyway! He was responsive, knowledgeable, data-driven, and kind. Not to mention we saved a ton of money by working with Felix!

We are so grateful to Tyler and Felix Homes who helped us purchase our dream home during this stressful seller’s market. He has been very patient and reassuring while we were house hunting for several months. With his expert guidance, we were able to secure the winning bid that is way less than our maximum offer. To top that off, he did not charge the usual 3% buyer’s agent commission. Tyler provided unparalleled professionalism while saving us tons of money. We highly recommend Tyler and his team to take care of your real estate needs! They truly are Nashville’s best kept secret! - Erwin & Carol

I sold my first home with Felix Homes, and Tyler made the process easy and enjoyable. I interviewed several agents before starting this process, and I felt totally confident moving forward with Tyler. He explained each step in terms that I could understand and talked me through his thought process in coming up with an ideal listing price in detail (his background in finance was extremely helpful for this part). The professional photography and drone footage made my condo stand out, and I had multiple offers before even officially coming on the market. I have recommended Felix to all of my friends!

I recently listed my Antioch home via Tyler at Felix Homes. Tyler was attentive, accessible, knowledgeable and expedient. The photos were "to die for". The property was quickly sold (purchased by the first in-person viewer) and closed. Needless to say, I was thrilled and the commission savings enhanced the experience.

Tyler and Felix Homes were wonderful. I sold the house almost immediately for more money than I was asking. And since I saved almost $14,000 on the commission, I was happy. Tyler was easy to deal with, very understandable, knowledgeable, and professional. He always picked up the phone when I called him, and he answered my emails and texts right away. (I’m posting this for Nikolai Plavski.)

Exception service, Tyler has all skills that top agent should have, we will use his service for all our future needs.
