I was able to utilize so many of the resources that the Valued team had put together. It inspired confidence in standing firm during salary negotiations and allowed me to increase my total comp while still having the team and recruiter ecstatic to have me join the team.

Colin helped me negotiate a 67% increase using some pretty advanced tactics that involved "breaking their frame" of the level they set me at. Honestly didn't think it was possible to get this big of a raise. Surprisingly, they didn't even counter -- so maybe I should have asked for even more haha, but at that point I'd probably be making more than my manager :P But yeah I'd recommend Colin & Annie to anyone navigating an offer because they really know what they're talking about, give S-tier service, and help you develop negotiation skills that equip you for life.
