Sa fait 2 semaines déjà que j’ai fait une je n'ai rien reçu depuis. Il n'y a même pas de suivi de colis, y a même pas de mail rien du tout.

The support team was polite and…
The support team was polite and professional. When I asked to cancel my subscription, they confirmed it right away. There was no pressure or any odd attempts to make me stay.
