Realistically what is the point of receiving fake messages saying for example”so and so wants to chat” or so and so has sent you a message, when either they don’t exist or they’ve not been active for 15 years. Waste of precious time. I’m out! Will say customer service are quick to respond , but you shouldn’t have to be contacting them with issues in the first place I unsubscribed .. so why do thay try and take £60 from my account? I was curious so I subscribed to the 0.99 eur deal to try for three days. The site then auto charged me a years worth of subscription for 45 eur, which was frustrating. Support responded promptly and returned my money correctly. I think it is a trustworthy business, however a lot of complaints / bad vibes could be avoided if the terms of trial subscriptions were more up front...

Bardzo miła obsługa. Gdy pisałam na czacie przed chwilą z Panią Kamila,bardzo mi pomogła. Przemiła obsługa i rzetelną pomoc. Nigdzie nie spotkałam się z taką fachowa obsługa. Polecam i jestem zadowolona.

Exelente atención el servicio de contacto, siempre tratan de ayudar positivamente, en cuestion de errores por no conocer el uso, tambien me an reembolsado dinero de suscripción errónea, mucho mas rapido de lo que me habia' prometido. In my view,this site deserves no rating at all. I paid for a trial on the 12 March 2024. I did not like the site. The navigation part of the website to be precise. I cancelled the subscription even before it could auto renew. There was no money deducted after the trial. No money deducted even the following month of April. Now came May,I see a deduction. I write to them complaining and I even suggest that they look under their account transactions. They are not willing to respond with honesty. I think they need to be expised with various scam alerts

This site needs to be reported to the ombudsman stealing money from people’s accounts. Stole £54 out my account, I made no agreement and with this site for any payment over £0.99 they lore you in with the payment and try to use the terms and conditions as away to take payments you didn’t consent no response from there customer service. This is a scam site, that is fraud pretending to be a site the. Avoid at all cost change your card asap if you’ve given your card details. You’re not even safe with Apple Pay.
