Feed Your SpiritReviews of feedyourspirit.com

Thank you so much for a well organized and thoughtful course! I have been attuned to Reiki 1 and 2 in the past and have several Master teachers but am always looking for different ideas. I absolutely loved Master Kataka Gara's clear teachings and attunements! I cried the first time she did the meet your Future Reiki Master self. I think it was her drumming that got me so deep. Thank you all again for your kind lessons. I will definitely be incorporating what I learned including her 6th symbol! If you ever have an in person Reiki retreat, I would love to be part of your tribe! Much love and many blessings! Sat Nam, Jill O'Leary

The daily affirmations help me reflect and appreciate being in the now. Thank you
