My journey to Reiki actually started out many, many years ago but I did not know it at the time. I have always followed LOA, used crystals, meditated, used my pendulum, oracle cards, and did a lot of reading. Then when I was ready Feed Your Spirit showed up and I decided to take the plunge. Everything came full circle for me now. This course was so wonderful to take because it was at your own pace. She has videos that are under 10 minutes at a time so that you can absorb the information and stop when you feel you need a break. I have stopped, rewound, and played MANY times, and I loved that I could do that. There are a bunch of PDFs to download, print, and make into your own book of information, along with all the notes I had taken throughout the course. Master Kataka is so informative and she and I are connected now forever. When the course is finished and you are a Reiki Master, it does not end there. I still have access to the course, and I still go back and re-watch parts that I feel I need clarification of. I have used the chat feature also to ask questions as I am building my confidence. I also love how she has a LIVE once a month for Q&A, and I will continue to go on those too, because I am like a sponge and want to know everything I can....constantly learning. So, THANK YOU Master Kataka and Team for your guidance. I look forward to sharing your lineage with many others.

It was a very interesting course. As a person who has been a master Reiki for the last 20 years, I decided to take this course out of curiosity. I was very impressed. I think who ever takes this course will not be disappointed.
