Advertises one price for boarding two dogs on their webpage, but there is a hidden extra charge customers only learn about if they click a tab titled "More Info." Customer service in response to this problem was abysmal. Have been a loyal customer for 27 years, spending multiple thousands of dollars with this company for our six different dogs. It is not easy to destroy almost 3 decades of loyalty, but they have managed to do it. UPDATE: While it took far more effort than it should have, I finally received a response from Feeders Supply Customer Service. They apologized and have corrected the situation. The matter is now closed.

The physical stores are good. The people have always been friendly and helpful. My review stems from the online experience. The website doesn't truly indicate what is or is not available in the physical store. I ordered a product online, paid (Feeders took my payment) and when I went to the store to pick it up, I was told the store never carries the product I ordered. Two weeks later, still no refund. I emailed (again) and then was reimbursed less than what the product was worth and paid for. The reason? Feeders stated that I had a coupon for my entire order and therefore, they deducted it from my refund (I had ordered other supplies as well which I did pick up). I will never order online again.

Love feeders. They have the best brands of food. And we found a crate there 75% off.
