We bought our vacation home with Federated Lending and they were awesome ! Transaction went smooth as silk; no problems, and very informative from start to finish. Our Realtor was quite impressed with them as well after she had recommended her in-house mortgage company. When we looked into Refinancing, we called the Lender our loan had been sold to, and found out the rates were higher than going back via Federated !
