Have repeatedly asked our then to put packages on porch, the driver continues to put in front of garage door in plain view of the street. And of course we backed over one and now having to try to fight for the money back. Are all drivers this lazy or just ours? And try getting anyone on phone is a waste of time, I cannot take your complaint and can’t pass it on. Sorry I cannot transfer you and I do not have the phone number to contact them. No I cannot get anyone to call you back. Customer service is dead at this company

Thank you for mis-routing my perscription. It's already late but now it's going to be even later. When a package is mis-routed it's either incompetence from lack of training or just plain laziness. I need my prescription not excuses. FedEx is competing with USPS as the worst delivery service behind DHL.

Opening the envelope is not ethical or moral. Certainly, even if there is thread for the customs tax, it forces you to pay the customs fee. your package will not arrive. I definitely do not prefer. A firm established on fraud and regularity, trying to get tax deductions continuously Fedex = Tnt Big mistake!

I have been waiting for a package while working from home 24/7 for the past year and the tracking system says that they tried to deliver both yesterday and today which they didn't. THEY NEVER DID This is illegal. False statements. I have been home all day as 90% of the world due to the pandemic. NOBODY tried to deliver. They did not make a phone call, they did not ring, they did not left any note. Customer support won't pick up the phone. I will look into legal ways to address this officially.

I'm lost for words!! My package was supposed to arrive on Friday last week. Now they claim that they tried to deliver both yesterday and today which they didn't. I have been home all day (for the same reason). It is impossible to call customer service, my call gets cancelled after 32 minutes waiting... Will do everything I can to avoid Fedex going forward.

Terrible tracking info ,parcel didn’t turn up when it was suppose to needed the item this weekend ,I won’t buy from companies who use them as couriers again

This is the second time I have had the unfortunate experience of thisdelivery company absolutely diabolical we are here for the customer complete rubbish was sent email that delivery would be 9/04/2021 don’t think so again like last time no email to state they didn’t even have the parcel to deliver as I had contacted the retailer who had phoned them to chase it up this company does not deserve to be in business and I for one will not be buying again from a retailer who uses them

Ikke-eksisterende kundeservice, fuldstændig umuligt at tyde kommunikation, som er både selvmodsigende og uklar, forkerte trackingoplysninger. Lige nu håber jeg bare på, at de i det mindste kan finde ud af at sende pakken retur og at jeg kan få pengene tilbage. Hvorfor kan både GLS, DHL, DAO og Postnord finde ud af det, når det virker som en fuldstændig umulig opgave for FedEx at løse?
