Great Product Pictures. Product organization needs to be improved on.

Once I received my shipment I did as instructed and checked everything for damage and all was perfect. I also read and followed the supplied written instructions plus I watched several YouTube videos on how to install. Other than raising the flagpole itself, the process was easy and I virtually installed it by myself. It certainly looks great if front of my house; I should have installed a flagpole much sooner.

Great Quality and Price

Great flag quality. Speedy delivery.

Excellent quality. Flags flying high!

Love my North Carolina flag. Well made. Arrived quick. Thank you!

My first experience with Federal Flags. The website is very professionally laid out. All products are colorfully displayed, details are clearly explained, and prices are posted. I phoned with a question and a very helpful and pleasant young woman answered all my questions. Voice communication is important to me. I'm old and have significant hearing loss from my Navy service. I simply cannot understand a word most young American women say to me. They don't speak English, they "chirp" in their artificial little-girl's voice. The phone representative at Federal Flags spoke clearly at a normal rate of delivery using a mature woman's voice. No chirp! The website provides clear instructions and is easy to use. I like it. I'll recommend you to anyone.

LENA MARIE WAS EXCEPTIONAL. QUICK AND VERY HELPFUL.
