FederalFlags.comReviews of federalflags.com

I purchased a flag pole solar light for our school's flag pole. The process was quick and easy to complete. I appreciated the choices for shipping that were available.

Expedient delivery and Quality Product

Great service , great product

Only thing I should have done better is go for the flexible head. Installed easily.

Great experience shopping with your company

Everything from the Commercial flag poles, accessories, ornaments, and hardware, right down to the flags themselves are professional grade. Outstanding customer service.

Quick and easy transaction

The flags were good quality and overall what we were expecting. The low rating is due to the fact that I paid for next day air shipping, for an additional $108, and yet only 2 of the five flags that I ordered arrived the next day. The other three flags took 4 days from the date of the order. I have reached out to customer service, but they did not seem like they had a plan to refund any of the shipping fees.
