Just terrible. FCM are engaged to facilitate travel, something they are incapable of doing. Flights I request via FCM are never acted upon in time. Due to FCM's slow response (48-72hrs later) I usually end up missing the booking. FCM are not only incapable of booking requested flights, they are incapable of confirming flights. I missed an entire day of my life due to FCM not paying for a booking, which our company was undoubtably charged for. Manage your expectations and book your own flights.

The absolute worst travel agency that I have ever experienced with any company I have ever worked for. The only reason the company I work for uses them is because we are an Australian company and so is FCM. And they will keep using them because they are from Australia. They are the hardest headed and most arrogant people I have ever met.

This place is a complete scam. They charged me $700 + and never booked my ticket. I've tried contacting support to get help and a refund but haven't heard back in 4 tries. I also tried chatting them from their website and the first support person left the chat without saying anything to me. It is stuck "transferring" me to a new person but nobody has hopped on to help me for well over 10 minutes. Avoid this place like the plague. They steal money and refuse to help

If Dante had known about them, he’d have added a tenth circle of hell dedicated to their customer support line. Avoid FCm unless your business trip includes frustration, anxiety, and storytelling material for the rest of your life.
