My daughter and I both opened accounts and there was a promotion that if you made 10 debit transactions, you got a $200 bonus. We nade the transactions within a week and we both did not receive the bonus. In fact, for no reason at all, they closed my daughters account without her knowledge. I have been fighting for my bonus for over 3 months. I've sent messages and called the branches and cannot get an honest answer. At first I was told, "it'll be there in a week" and then, "you have to wait 30 days", then "you have yo wait 30 more days" then "we have no record of it". I have called the local branch at least 5 times and am told they will get back to me, and then no one does. I called 3 days ago and was told that the department who handles it is working on it, but still no call back to tell me whats going on. They also charged me an overdraft fee on a purchase I didn't agree to. The company reimbursement me, but I still ate the $35 overdraft fee. They do not have early direct deposit like most other banks do either. I have already transferred my direct deposits to another bank. "Do not fall for this New Checking Account Bonus Scam" because you won't get it!
