It took my payment , but my fax keep failing to send . I’ve refreshed the site multiple times.

They charge me 1.99 for the Fax, and 2 days later they charge extra 19.99$ - lacky my bank sent me a warning and canceled the card

Be careful—it’s not actually $0.99. I used the service thinking I was paying a small, one-time fee of $0.99 to send a six-page fax, but there was a hidden subscription involved. I was charged a $19.99 monthly fee because the service automatically signed me up during the free trial period. There was a lack of transparency; details or checkboxes regarding the recurring membership were either hidden or difficult to find during the payment process. Furthermore, my fax never actually reached its destination, causing me to lose my health insurance eligibility. When I tried to cancel the membership two weeks later, I was told I couldn't cancel until the current monthly subscription period had ended.

This is the perfect solution for the one-off fax that's urgent. So quick and easy. I definitely recommend it. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!! I originally wrote the above BEFORE I found out that I was charged for a subscription at $19.99 that I didn't want or ask for! Now I am battling with customer service for a refund.

I have sent a one time fax with this service and nothing was disclosed about recurring membership nor was anything indicated that automatic credit card charges will be applied. My simple recommedation. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Vorsicht!!!!! BETRUG!!!!!! Ein Fax für 1,99€ gekauft, Fax noch nicht mal angekommen und 3 Tage später werden 19,99€ für ein angebliches Abo abgebucht!!!!! Werde zu meiner Bank gehen und mir mein Geld wieder holen!!!!!
