This company charged me 1.99 for a fax which is fine but then three days later charged me $49.99 for no reason at all. I never signed up for a subscription.

The actual FAX worked as it should and they even sent me an email confirming once it went thru, but they basically have a deceptive way of charging…so if you don’t cancel within 48 hours you automatically get signed up for the subscription for $19.99 and there is no phone number to call or cancel.

"No login or subscription. Very Convenient and rate is reasonable. Awesome!" Above was my initial review and I was happy that I was able to use their fax service of $1.99 efficiently. But what you all don't know is that at the 48 hr window, Faxly will tack in subscription of $79 without notifying you, which is a hidden charge in the beginning. I tried to dispute the charges through the credit company and since it still pending, they can not dispute the charges until it gets posted. As soon it gets posted, I will continue the dispute on this charges. Also, one of the deceptive part of using their online fax service, is as soon as you get done with your fax, it will request for a review. At this point you are very happy that you get your task done fast, easy and cheap. So, you are very willing customer to give your best and generate a very high regard review to this company but what you don't know is what comes after 48 hours and that, folks, is very frustrating and so much inconvenience. Please all, take my advice and try not to use Faxly, unless you want to subscribe!

The original idea is a good business model. Pay $2 for a fax rather than relying on a fax machine or going to Staples. Then you realize there is a scam underneath. Faxly enrolls you in a subscription without your knowledge, and you get a 48-hour "trial" period. You then come across a random $29.99 charge on your credit card bill two days later. The company will not refund your money and will simply take it.

The product is excellent but the marketing is deceptive so beware. I initially selected a three day trial that resulted in a $2.99 charge for a fax so I had no problem. The set up was easy and the fax was delivered as promised. I saw no mention when I signed up that should I not cancel the trial. my credit card would be debited for $29.99 per month until I initiated the cancellation (not an easy thing to navigate to). So in short, make sure you are aware of the terms and conditions as this company is relucuctant to make them clear. In so doing in my opinion, they slowly destroy their own product.
