They fraudulently charged my credit card an extra $19.99 USD, don't use this website to send your fax!!

Paid to send one fax and they charged my card $79 a few days later and refused to refund. Stay away. They are dishonest.

I gave them a five-star review because I was able to send a fax for $2 which is fine. The next day I was charged $79 and I never agreed to that. They're using my card information to make another charge that was not authorized. Do not use this service at all! Here's what I thought I was getting the day of the fax: Easy. Fax memo needs to be less than 600 characters. Fixed that and then it went through seemlessly. Thanks!

A Google search took me directly to the document upload page, bypassing any wording re a subscription charge. I duly uploaded a document, with the fax number, it took me to a checkout - at this point I had no idea of the cost or if there was a cost, and it was £1.99. Not bad I thought, saves the stamp. I then received a delivery receipt. Great!! I even told a couple of friends how great it was! Not that I ever expect to send another fax in my life as I haven't for the past 25 years. Today I have a £79 charge on my AMEX account. Apparently I have by default subscribed to £79 of fax services. They refuse to refund. They say this charge was clearly set out on the checkout. I do not consider myself likely to fall for a scam but looks like it this time . AVOID.

I sent a one page fax for $1.99. Then got charged $79.00. Immediately messaged them to ask for a refund because I do not need their fax service and they refused to refund the $79.00. This is a scam for a 1 page fax.

I used Faxly to send a single fax and paid $1.99. Two days later, I discovered an additional $79 charge for a subscription I never knowingly agreed to purchase. The landing page I reached from Google advertised a simple fax-sending service and said no account was needed to start. My original payment confirmation acknowledged only the $1.99 payment and that my fax was being sent. It contained no mention of subscription enrollment, recurring billing, or an upcoming $79 charge. I contacted Faxly after discovering the charge and requested a refund. The company refused, claiming its subscription terms were disclosed during checkout. I canceled the subscription, and Faxly confirmed future renewals were stopped. I intended to pay $1.99 to send one fax, not sign up for a subscription. I would not have used the service if I had understood I would be charged another $79 two days later. Review the subscription terms and recurring billing conditions carefully before entering your payment information.
