The app promised that I could send a one page fax for free. After inputting all of my information, it demanding a payment I wasn’t expecting.

I liked that it was easy to use. I didn't like that the price was not clear on the front page.

I am an old person with shaky hands. When I accidentally typed in the wrong code I could not go back to correct it.

You haven't even sent my fax but you're asking me for a review. Screne read that something went wrong on your end but it kept me waiting saying it was in progress. Aside from that it was easy to follow, I like the user friendly process of getting it ready. I finally went back out of your site and went back in and it's saying I don't need to do anything that it's covered by my plan, My plan? I didn't agree to any plan. I just wanted to pay for the fax. I did NOT push the button that asked me if I wanted to save the credit card information. I don't want you to save it. Please don't make me have to go to the bank and cancel the new card we just got. I've already been through that twice this month because of stuff like this. So here I am, steered off into Google reviews. I'm not Hao. It is causing me a lot of time and problems.
