Would give one star if it let me. I was looking for a way to send a fax online. Came across this website. It looked like you just paid per fax, so I went ahead input my card details and sent the fax. Never had any emails from them. Few months later, I'm checking my bank statements (I know I should do it more often, but life got in the way), and was horrified to find they'd been charging $19.95 a month for the last 4 months for a subscription I never agreed to. Contacted them and was told they'd refund. Only to find they only refunded one month. First they said it's just one refund a year. Then when I questioned it again, they said you have to request refund within 30 days of payment. Seems like they make up the rules as they go along. I've ended up putting a claim in with my bank. Do NOT use these con artists!!!
