Our FaxDeck support team replied to your original inquiry immediately and provided a number of solutions to diagnose the issue. Unfortunately, there are many computers and internet browsers as well as extensions and pop up blockers that may prevent you from uploading a document to the send fax page. Our support team tried to provide solutions but you never replied back to resolve the problem. Nonetheless, our support team closed the account at your request and issued a full refund. Hello Misti, we truly apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. FaxDeck is completely digital and 100% online. For outbound faxes, it’s very important to make sure you are sending only the best quality documents or files (if you’re taking pictures with a phone – please make sure you have adequate lighting so text is legible). Sending only the highest quality documents will ensure your text is readable when your recipient receives your fax. Originally, traditional fax machines were meant for just black and white text documents. Nowadays, we send pictures and files with grey tones, pen and pencil markups, etc… all this diminishes the quality of faxes. Ultimately, fax machines can only provide a certain quality of document due to its own limitations. Again, we do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Hello Darius, we're sorry your account was closed after 15 days suspended. It's important for all customers to keep a valid credit card on file in order to use their FaxDeck number. Unfortunately, after 15 days suspended and repeated email notifications alerting you to update your billing information, your account was automatically closed. Our support team would have gladly "reinstated" your account if we had the ability, but once an account is closed - your fax number is released and your account can't be reopened. We truly apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We'd love to have you continue to use FaxDeck and you can easily sign up again for a new FaxDeck number. Since your account was closed within the 7 day risk free trial period, a full refund was automatically issued. Our support team responded to your inquiry in a timely manner and unfortunately, unsolicited marketing or materials in violation of laws and regulations pertaining to telemarketing through the service is prohibited and a breach of our terms and service. By using FaxDeck, you agreed not to use or reference the service for chain letters, junk fax or junk mail, spamming or any activity making use of distribution lists to any person who has not given specific permission to be included in such a process or on such list.
