Not as described - Run away, don't walk!
I ordered flowers and the topiary ball tree (shrub). It took about six weeks to get the items, but they finally made it. The flowers were fine, but the shrubs were horrendous. They were about 2/3rds the size as described on their website and the spike to insert them in the ground was smaller than the trunk so there is I can't even use them. I reached out to customer service for a refund...basically not an options. Even after providing pictures with a ruler to show the actual size of the shrubs I received and a snip-it from their website of the advertised size, they continue to insist that I received what I ordered. They offered me a small stipend for my troubles, but would not issue me a full refund. To ship them back to China would "cost a considerable amount of money" and I would be responsible for the cost to ship. I COULD NOT BE MORE DISAPPOINTED! I guess I should have done more research before buying!
